I have been practicing for several years and started off catering for all types of conditions that hypnotherapy can help with.
In the last few months I decided that I wanted to go in a different direction and now specialise in pain relief.
I have suffered from a bad back for years and was getting more dependent on pain killers and thought there must be a better way. With the help of hypnosis I very rarely have to take pain killers.
Dont get me wrong hypnosis did not cure my back problem but my goal was to reduce the reliance on pain killers .

If you are on prescribed medication please consult your Doctor this can be complementary therapy and you and your Doctor can decide to reduce medication.

I usually do a zoom session first because if your pain is severe then you can relax at home.

What is Hypnosis
Hypnosis is a way we can get to the cause of a problem quickly and with out a lot of expense to the client coming back for multiple sessions.
The session is usually started with a talk to discuss the problem and then hypnosis is used to access the core belief about the problem and change that so the problem goes away.
You will not be laying on a couch like in films but just sitting in a comfortable chair.
I do not use a watch going from side to side, it is more like a talk with a good friend.
I cannot make you do anything you do not want to do, but if you are open and willing to change, change will happen.
This is not stage hypnotism so you will not think you are Elvis or a chicken, that is done for effect and people selected for those shows are selected very carefully
Hypnosis is safe and very rewarding to the client as problems that are stopping you to live a normal life can be solved

How much
£70.00
This is the price per session not per hour. Verry little can be accomplished in an hour so to give you piece of mind, if your session runs over the hour you will not pay any more.
…More then one session
£55.00
If your treatment cannot be completed in one session then a disscount of £15 per sesion will be applied so instead of £70 you will only pay £55
Cancelations
£40.00
A deposit of £40 is required before the session and the rest paid upon completion of session.
If you cancell your appointment more then 24hrs in advance then deposit is returned in full.
